CHIP-LITE is a light pink white antioxidant powder with strong characteristic odour. A powdered additive for prolonging the white appearance of chips and potatoes once peeled. Economical and effective.

Application Description

CHIP-LITE should be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2% (25 – 50 grams per 25 liters water) to the rinse solution. peeled potatoes and chips are then rinsed in the solution.
