AIR COOLER CLEANER
     
Description   AIR COOLER CLEANER is a liquid blend of highly active cleaning and corrosion inhibiting compounds. It has been developed for safe, fast and economical in service cleaning of the air handling systems of turbo charged diesel engines. By using this product airborne contaminants which have been carried into and deposited on scavenger air tanks, air coolers and inlet valves are removed. Thus, all surfaces are kept clean and free of deposits.
     
Application   AIR COOLER CLEANER can be supplied by injection, immersion or circulation. For immersion and circulation, cleaning time is reduced considerably by heating the chemical to maximum 500C. If the air coolers are very dirty it may be advisable to use AIR COOLER CLEANER to thoroughly clean the system before commencing the injection treatment. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet for Dosage / Ratio

ALUCLEAN 222
     
Description   Aluclean 222 is a concentrated Aluminium and stainless steel cleaner and brightener. It is a blend of selected acids, wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors. It prevents the appearance of ?white rust?.
     
Application   Aluclean 222 can be used as a spray or dip application. DIP: Dilute 1 part Aluclean 222 to 20 parts water and immerse parts to be cleaned. Allow to stand for 20 minutes and flush with cold water. SPRAY: Dilute 1 part Aluclean 222 to 10 parts water and spray onto surface to be cleaned. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes but before drying, flush with cold water.

ALUMBRITE
     
Description   ALUMBRITE is an aluminium and stainless steel cleaner and brightner. It is a blend of selected acid, wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors. ALUMBRITE is used for removing oxidation and soils from aluminium and stainless steel parts and equipment.
     
Application   ALUMBRITE can be used by spray or dip application. Dip Application: Dilute 1-part ALUMBRITE to 20-parts water and immerse parts to be cleaned. Allow to stand for 2 minutes and flush with cold tap water. Spray Application: Dilute 1-part ALUMBRITE to 10-parts water and spray onto surface to be cleaned. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes but before it dries, and flush thoroughly with cold water.

CARBOKLEEN
     
Description   An Immersion Decarboniser-Degreaser-Paint Remover. CARBOKLEEN removes practically all types of soils from metal surfaces. CARBOKLEEN is a highly effective cleaner used on Engine Blocks, Cylinder Heads, Diesel Injector Assemblies, Crankshafts, etc. No heat required. CARBOKLEEN is an effective paint stripper. Little or no hand scraping is required when using CARBOKLEEN, which results in substantial savings in labour.
     
Application   Fill the soak tank about one quarter full with water. Pump or pour CARBOKLEEN into tank until desired level is reached. The water will then float to the top, allowing no solvents to evaporate. The part to be cleaned must then be immersed in the lower layer of solution, below water level, and be allowed to stand for 2-3 hours depending on soil load. Then rinse with tap water.

COAL AND TAR REMOVER

DEGREASER HD
     
Description   DEGREASER HD is blend of solvents, emulsifiers, detergents, wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors. It is used for the cleaning of engines, chassis, equipment, ship?s decks, bilges, floors, etc., where oil and grease is a problem.
     
Application   DEGREASER-HD can be used by machine and manual applications. For use in high-pressure and steam-cleaning machines. Adjust proportioner to feed 1-part DEGREASER-HD to 200 parts water.

DEGREASER QB
     
Description   DEGREASER QB is a highly efficient, self-separating, non-emulsifying solvent cleaner which does not interfere with the process of oil-water disposal problems. Solvent based degreasers are often the most cost effective and quick acting products to be used for cleaning grease and oil residues.
     
Application   The cleaner is applied undiluted by spraying, brushing, soaking, dipping, rubbing or mopping. Spraying is used for cold cleaning interiors of oil storage tanks or where surfaces to be cleaned are irregular. After spraying, the cleaner should be allowed to remain for 10 ? 20 minutes before rinsing. Strong jet or high pressure spray equipment: the slop created will separate immediately into water and oil, but should preferably be left for 10 ? 30 minutes for complete separation. A final separation should leave maximum 15ppm of oil in the water. Flush down with either cold or warm water.

DISCCLEAN
     
Description   DISCCLEAN is a liquid blend of surfactants and emulsifying agents in a specially inhibited inorganic acid-based solvent.DISC CLEANER is a liquid blend of surfactants and emulsifying agents in a specially inhibited inorganic acid-based solvent. DISCCLEAN removes the heavy tenacious deposits, which collect in fuel and lube oil centrifugal separators.
     
Application   DISCCLEAN may be used neat or diluted down to 20% by volume fresh water, depending on the severity of contamination, availability of heat and time to complete the cleaning operation. The higher the concentration the more efficient the cleaning action. The time for a cleaning operation will vary from 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the above factors. Fast and more efficient cleaning can be accomplished by heating to a maximum temperature of 600C. After the unit or parts have been satisfactory cleaned, the should be rinsed thoroughly with fresh water to remove all traces of contamination and cleaner.

DYNA DE RUST
     
Description   DYNA DE RUST is a liquid detergent compound containing rust dissolving acids, emulsifiers and passivators. If no other treatment is required, the product will act as a pre-treatment and assure a good adhesion for paint on regular steel surfaces.
     
Application   DYNA DE RUST should always be used in a plastic bucket. The acid should always be added to water, never the reverse. For removal of light rust stains on aluminium, brass, copper and stainless steel, apply DYNA DE RUST (after removal of oil and grease) diluted 2-1 with water with a brush, rag, etc. Wash off after 15 minutes. Repeat if necessary. Do not let DYNA DE RUST dry on surfaces as it may leave a hard white deposit.

DYNAJELL
     
Description   DYNAJELL HANDCLEANER is a semi-gel skin cleaner containing pure and natural ingredients derived from naturals own sources such as organic oils. This is a pleasant product in use as it has a natural citrus smell and effective cleaning properties which promotes good skin condition. It contains no petroleum solvent derivatives. It removes the most severe industrial grime, oil and grease in complete safety.
     
Application   DYNAJELL HANDCLEANER should be massaged on the soiled skin without the use of water. The skin should then be rinsed with clean water and dried thoroughly on a towel or tissue. Because of the mildness of this product, it may be used for cleaning other areas of the body, avoiding contact with eyes. In most cases 5 gram of DYNAJELL HANDCLEANER is sufficient to clean hands from industrial soils and grime.
