AIR COOLER CLEANER
     
Description   AIR COOLER CLEANER is a liquid blend of highly active cleaning and corrosion inhibiting compounds. It has been developed for safe, fast and economical in service cleaning of the air handling systems of turbo charged diesel engines. By using this product airborne contaminants which have been carried into and deposited on scavenger air tanks, air coolers and inlet valves are removed. Thus, all surfaces are kept clean and free of deposits.
     
Application   AIR COOLER CLEANER can be supplied by injection, immersion or circulation. For immersion and circulation, cleaning time is reduced considerably by heating the chemical to maximum 500C. If the air coolers are very dirty it may be advisable to use AIR COOLER CLEANER to thoroughly clean the system before commencing the injection treatment. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet for Dosage / Ratio

ALCASOLV LIQUID
     
Description   ALCASOLV LIQUID is a heavy duty water based alkaline cleaner, containing specially selected powerful synthetic detergents, alkaline salts and soaps. Not suitable for aluminium, magnesium and zinc silicate coating.

ALCASOLV SAFETY
     
Description   ALCASOLV SAFETY is a non caustic heavy duty alkaline cleaner formulated for cleaning animal and vegetable oils and fats from tanks with special coatings including zinc etc. This product is specially designed to improve cleaning efficiency while overcoming the limitations imposed by caustic based cleaning compounds. ALCASOLV SAFETY can also be used as a deodorizing wash in all applications

ALKALINITY CONTROL
     
Description   Alkalinity Control is a chemical product recommended for water treatment. This inorganic, non volatile, alkali chemical prevents corrosion and helps in the conversion of the hard dregs to soft and non-sticking mud. It can also be used as neutralisation after the chemical cleaning.

ANTI FREEZE
     
Description   Dynachem Engine Coolant and ANTI FREEZE has been developed to protect car, truck and bus engines of both ferrous and aluminium construction against corrosion and frost damage.
     
Application   Most anti freeze blends are based on carefully balanced mixtures of various anti-corrosion inhibitors. Mixing the different anti-freezes can lead to loss of corrosion protection. DYNACHEM, therefore does not recommend the mixture of different blends of Anti-Freeze.

B.W.T. ONE SHOT
     
Description   Liquid compound containing alkaline mineral salts, sequesterant agents, scale and corrosion inhibitors and sludge conditioners.
     
Application   Determine the quantity of BWT ONE SHOT for treating the boiler by obtaining a representative sample of the boiler water and performing the appropriate analysis. The product should be added to the feed water by a dosage line or directly into a feed tank. Blowdown and scumming operations must proceed at regular intervals to remove sludge/sediment particles.

CARBOKLEEN
     
Description   An Immersion Decarboniser-Degreaser-Paint Remover. CARBOKLEEN removes practically all types of soils from metal surfaces. CARBOKLEEN is a highly effective cleaner used on Engine Blocks, Cylinder Heads, Diesel Injector Assemblies, Crankshafts, etc. No heat required. CARBOKLEEN is an effective paint stripper. Little or no hand scraping is required when using CARBOKLEEN, which results in substantial savings in labour.
     
Application   Fill the soak tank about one quarter full with water. Pump or pour CARBOKLEEN into tank until desired level is reached. The water will then float to the top, allowing no solvents to evaporate. The part to be cleaned must then be immersed in the lower layer of solution, below water level, and be allowed to stand for 2-3 hours depending on soil load. Then rinse with tap water.

CF ACID
     
Description   CF ACID is a dry acid cleaner formulated to remove water and rust scale deposits.
     
Application   C.F. ACID should normally be mixed with fresh water to form a solution of between 2.5 and 10%, depending on the extent of scaling Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 600C. Calcium sulphates and heavy iron oxides may need stringer acid solutions. The strength of the acid can be sufficiently enhanced by adding 1 part sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 parts of C.F. ACID. If salt is not available an acceptable alternative is to dissolve C.F. ACID in sea water. After use of C.F. A neutralizing solution of sodium carbonate in fresh water should be circulated for 2.4 hours or until acceptable pH value is obtained around pH 7.

COLOUR COOLING
     
Description   Colour Cooling is a specially formulated corrosion inhibitor with alkaline builders and sequestering agent. It provides excellent corrosion protection for fresh water diesel engine cooling system. It can be used in all cooling system as jackets, injectors, cooling towers, coolers and piping. It contains a colour indicating system which turns the solution clear when the pH falls below the safe level of 8,3.
