ALKALI NF
     
Description   ALKALI NF is a liquid concentrated blend of alkalies, phosphates, and suspending agents, as well as anti scaling agents and corrosion inhibitors. ALKALI NF exhibits superior soil suspension, soil removal, efficient rinsing and water hardness neutralization.
     
Application   In a one wash process add 450ml of ALKALI-NF with the detergent to a 45kg load. Follow with three rinses. In a two process, add 300gram of ALKALI-NF in the first wash and 150ml in the second wash. Follow with three cold or hot rinses.

BLEACH
     
Description   Highly concentrated chlorine BLEACH
     
Application   For Washing Machines in Laundering, add 50ml of BLEACH concentrate per kg dry weight of linen, kitchen cloths, waiter?s aprons, and jackets, etc. The bleaching cycle should be 7 minutes minimum at a temperature not exceeding 600C. The bleach cycle should be followed by at least 2 cold water rinses. For stubborn stains such as mildew, medical stains, etc. 10ml of Bleach Concentrate per kg dry weight articles should be pre-diluted with tap water and added to the washing machine. For soaking add 1-part of BLEACH to 200 parts of water, soak for 10 ? 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For general disinfection of hard pre-cleaned surfaces, add 1-part BLEACH concentrate to 250 parts of water. This dilution ratio will produce a strong enough solution to eliminate bacteria organisms such as E. coli and Staph. Aureus.

CHOICE ALKALI

CHOICE LAUNDRY LIQUID
     
Description   CHOICE LAUNDRY DETERGENT is an economical green liquid laundry detergent for use in automatic laundry machines. It contains a blend of selected detergents, suspending agents, water softening agents and optical brighteners.
     
Application   For washing medium soiled white classifications: CHOICE LAUNDRY DETERGENT is used at a concentration of 200ml together with 450ml of CHOICE ALKALI of 850C for 10-15 minutes. (50kg load) For heavily soiled white garments, a two wash cycle should be employed as follows: Temperature Time Dip Supplies Wash 1 ? 7500C 10min 4? 450g CHOICE ALKALI 250g CHOICE LAUNDRY DETERGENT Wash 2 ? 900C 12min 4? 250g CHOICE LAUNDRY DETERGENT Bleach 550C 7 min 6? 100ml OXIDENE For heavily soiled greasy and oily boiler suits, overalls, etc., the addition of SOLVEX in the pre-wash at a concentration of 500ml per 45kg will enhance the removal of all oils and greases. This process can be demonstrated by our technical representatives. For medium soiled coloured or mixed classifications, CHOICE ALKALI is used at a concentration of 400ml of CHOICE LAUNDRY DETERGENT and 150ml of CHOICE ALKALI per 50kgs at a temperature of 60-700C for 10-15 minutes. For automatic dosing systems, our technical field personnel will be able to set the controls for the correct chemical dosages.

DETOMATIC PLUS
     
Description   DETOMATIC PLUS is an opaque yellow viscous liquid. It is a premium one-shot liquid laundry detergent formulated for washing linen supply and institutional laundry classifications, ranging from lightly soiled hospital, hotel and motel classifications to heavily soiled table linen and bar mops. Enhanced with water conditioners, anti-redeposition agents and fluorescent whitening agents to provide exceptional whiteness in soft or hard water. Pleasantly fragranced, leaves a fresh clean smell on the washed linen.
     
Application   For Automatic Dosing Systems: The additions will vary between 0.2 ? 0.4% of the weight of the load, and will depend on the degree and type of soiling. For Manual Dosing: For washing medium soiled white classifications: DETOMATIC PLUS is used at a concentration of 250ml/50 kg at 850C for 10 ? 15 minutes.

DYNAKLOR
     
Description   DYNAKLOR is a highly concentrated organic chlorine bleaching powder for use in laundries. It contains chlorinated compounds, phosphates and sequestering agents.
     
Application   DYNAKLOR should be used in the first rinse cycle after the hot wash. The water temperature should not exceed 700C. The quantity of DYNAKLOR to be used per 50kg wash load, depends on the degree of staining to be removed. Use 50 ? 100 grams of DYNAKLOR ensures safe and effective bleaching.

DYNASOLV MIP
     
Description   DYNASOLV MIP is a clear brown liquid with a pine solvent smell. It contains detergents, solvents, emulsifiers, rinse additives and corrosion inhibitors.
     
Application   For general purpose pressure cleaning, use 1-part DYNASOLV MIP to 30-parts water. For general purpose immersion cleaning: Add 1lt of DYNASOLV MIP for every 10lts of water in immersion tank. For manual cleaning applications: Use 1-part of DYNASOLV MIP to 10-parts of water and simply brush on and rinse off, or wipe off. DYNASOLV MIP can also be diluted with solvents such as paraffin or white spirits (Turps) for the cleaning of heavily soiled equipment and surfaces. DYNASOLV MIP has a flash point of 820C, forms a stable emulsion with water, it is completely soluble in solvents and safe on all metals.
