BACTROJELL
     
Description   BACTROJELL is a ready to use clear disinfectant jell. Developed to meet the needs of the food industry, it offers a completely effective yet quick acting, non tainting food safe hand sanitizer. Due to the gel like properties, BACTROJELL can be used in soap dispensers which provide a quick, convenient and hygienic method of obtaining the required amounts without loss or wastage of product.
     
Application   For best results, first clean hands with SYNBAC or other sanitizing soap and dry. Dispense 2-4ml of BACTROJELL into the palm and work thoroughly onto both hands, making sure contact is made with the entire skin surface of each hand, including the back of the hand and under the nails. Do not rinse with water but leave hands to air-dry. The residual bactericide gives protection for up to three hours. Always use this product neat, as diluting the product will alter its effectiveness.

CUTTING EDGE
     
Description   CUTTING EDGE is an orange-brown coloured liquid with an oxitol odour. It is used as a general purpose cleaner and as an oven cleaner in the bakery, chicken rotisserie, and other food preparation areas. CUTTING EDGE is also an excellent degreaser for floors, tiles and other hard surfaces. Its non-caustic based formulation makes CUTTING EDGE a user-friendlier product with greater cutting action.
     
Application   Spray or brush onto the surface that is to be cleaned using CUTTING EDGE. Allow to stand for 2-5 minutes and rinse with tap water or wipe with a wet cloth. For baked carbon deposits in ovens and on grillers, warm surface to +/- 700C and spray or brush on CUTTING EDGE. Allow to stand for 2-5 minutes and rinse with water or wipe with a wet cloth. For heavily soiled surfaces use scraper to remove loosened deposits. For general degreasing, apply CUTTING EDGE with a mop or stiff brush. Allow 2-5 minutes and rinse with clean water.

DE LIME
     
Description   DELIME is an acid cleaner formulated to remove water and rust scale deposits and bacteria-harbouring films leaving bright metal surfaces. Safe to use on aluminum, copper, brass, stainless-steel and glass lined tanks. DE-LIME has no objectionable odour (even in heated circulating solutions), is free rinsing.
     
Application   2.5-10ml / liter of hot water. Brush or soak equipment and rinse with clean water. For large systems or components the most effective descaling is accomplished by circulation: 10-15ml / liter of water for the CIP of the pipelines and HTST. Whenever possible, the solution should be heated to 600C. The strength of the acid can be sufficiently enhanced by adding 1 gram sodium chloride (common salt) to 20 mls of delime.

DE STAIN
     
Description   DE STAIN is a white free flowing powder with no odour. It contains stain removing compounds, sequestering agents, detergents, wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors.
     
Application   For the removal of stains from crockery, dissolve 100grams of DE-STAIN in 5lts boiling hot water. Now simply immerse the crockery to be cleaned in this solution and allow to soak for +/- 5 minutes. Then simply remove and rinse with cold tap water. For heavily stained articles, increase the concentration to 200 grams of DE-STAIN in 5lts of hot water and allow to soak for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse with tap water. For the cleaning of porcelain toilets, add 150grams in the bowl and allow to stand 30-40 minutes. Then use brush to remove loosened stains and flush toilet.

DRAINO CRYSTALS
     
Description   DRAINO CLEAR CRYSTALS is a powerful, highly alkaline compound for sewer and waste disposal lines, drains and grease traps. Unstops lines by chemical actions. Recommended for preventive maintenance to avoid sewer stoppage and back up. Indispensable for schools, food processing plants, factories, restaurants and institutions. Converts grease waste into soluble products, which can be flushed away. Remove chicken feathers from poultry plant drains. Will not inhibit bacterial action in septic tanks or sewage treatment plants, when used as directed.
     
Application   Large Drain Lines in Factories, Food Processing Plants and institutions: The quantity to be used will depend upon the diameter and length of the pipeline and the nature of the obstruction. The following table will serve as a general guide. Pipe diameter: Amount of DRAIN CLEAR CRYSTALS per 150 metres of length. Up to 10cm 2.5 ? 7.5kg 10cm to 20cm 10.0 ?20.0kg 20cm to 30cm 25.0 ? 50.0kg 30cm to 45cm 50.0 ? 100kg above 45cm 100.0 ? 125kg As a starting point, use about 10kgs of DRAIN CLEAR CRYSTALS, introducing it in 2 or 3 increments. If possible, block the pipe somewhere beyond the obstruction to allow the chemical action to work on the obstruction for as long as possible. Allow about 30 minutes reaction time. Repeat application, if necessary. When line is free flowing, flush with cold water.

Description   DYNABRITE L is a light brown liquid. It is a blend of selected phosphates, alkalies, wetting agents, sequestering agents and anti-corrosion additives.
     
Application   DYNABRITE-L is used at a concentration of 250-500mls per 100lts of water. In machines where automatic feeding devices are installed our technical representative will set the controls to feed the right concentration.

DYNACIDE D30
     
Description   DYNACIDE D30GM is a white free flowing powder with a distinctive chlorine smell.
     
Application   DYNACIDE-D30 should be used at a concentration of 30 grams (one sachet) per 10lts of water for sanitising utensils, glassware, tanks and pipework. Allow for a 5 minute contact time. The pH of DYNACIDE-D30 has been optimised and at the recommended level is effective against a wide variety of commonly encountered bacteria, eg. Staph. Aureus, E. Coli, Pseudomonas etc. This concentration will yield min. 250ppm Av Cl.C226
